JayMarc gives you what you pay for (and more) from that first phone call. They built our home a few years ago, and there’s not enough good things I can say about this company.

They have very good custom webinars. Very informative. Clear and concise. Very honest and unbiased information. I have a very good picture of what I have to do if I need to build a home.

I have attended quite a few of their webinar’s and learnt a lot from them. They are all very well presented and informative . After attending these I feel much better equipped to look for land and begin planning a custom house . Highly recommend JayMarc

I'm a real estate agent in the Bellevue, WA market. I've worked with multiple buyers in 2023 looking at nearly all new construction homes $2.5M - $3.5M. There's several builders that I really respect, but JayMarc is at the top of that list. Their floorplans and designs are superb, their agents are both knowledgeable and great to work with, and most importantly they build excellent homes!

I have attended several of their webinars and find them very informative! As we are currently working on building our first custom home, learning about the process, costs, and various other topics has been really helpful for us. If you are planning on building a custom home, even if it's not through JayMarc, there's a lot of good information in these seminars.

I bought a new home from JayMarc more than one year ago, and I have been very satisfied and happy with them. Their homes are beautifully designed, and the material used is top-notch. To be honest, I did not have much interaction with JayMarc during the buying process since that was all through my agent, but after the purchase, their customer service department has been amazing. Per their warranty, they have been at my home many times to repair various issues, big and small. It's common to find random issues here and there in new homes, but JayMarc's customer service employees have made that process very painless with no frustration. They are easy to reach via email, always on time for their appointments, have never been late even once, always fix things completely without lingering issues and clean up thoroughly before they leave. I felt that their employees were genuinely interested in solving problems for customer homes as if it were their own home. They even went above and beyond what the warranty contract states, to make us happy, and as a result we are very happy that we bought a home from such a reputable local builder.

Even though we weren’t the right fit to move forward together, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the home-building process and discuss details specific to my lot.
